BD/BX series   BD/BX series BD series (Black Diamond) technology is developed on the basis of “G” series, which extended PDC bits application range. So far, BD series have been widely used in the domestic and international oilfields.“BD” series is a premium line for multiple applications, which is tailored to meet the requirement of specific formation and actual drilling conditions. The design adopts the “Total Balance” concept to obtain the optimum hydraulic effect. The super anti-wear gauge and streamlined geometry make the bit more ideal. “BX” series is especially for directional application. “BX” series features not only all features  of BD series but also two step gauge design. Patented BD Cutters & Layout   BD cutters have been greatly designed and improved on the diamond table thickness and diamond volume. For the different encountered formation, CSC adopts the 3 patented cutters, RADXC, AXSYM, DIAX cutters. No matter the superior compact resistance in carbonate drilling, or the avoiding in the plastic shale, CSC have optimum cutter placement for application. The specific structure has proved their superior performance in different given drilling environment. Balanced Hydraulics Streamlined Design Adopting the “Total Balance” concept, each blade is allocated with relevant cuttings, which can balance and fix the volume of junk slot. The cuttings are proportionally distributed by the bit hydraulics. Adopting the aerodynamics theory to design the fluid flow,, each junk slot is fully used, which greatly improve the cutting removal, avoid the whirl on the bottom and lower the tendency of balling.
