With the development of drilling technology, oil fields are challenging for deeper and more complex stratigraphic constantly. SICHUAN CHUANGSHI CHRIDA DIAMOND BIT CO.,LTD. following the tradition of continuous innovation, carried out in-depth researches on the mechanical properties and bit failure mechanism when drilling the deep hard rock bedding, introduced a new generation of PDC bits - "CK" series drill bits, which can work in the complex formation of dense and high abrasive.

Digitalized Simulation System for PDC Bit Drilling Analysis (hereinafter PDCDs)

PDCDS is a professional software, it is used for PDC Bit drilling analysis and evaluation under complex formation, various movement conditions and complex bit structure. PDCDS can imitate the bit working character in the bottom hole to analyze and evaluate the performance according to the different drilling conditions, in order to achieve the optimal design of the bit cutting structure under special conditions.

Patent Cutters	Hydraulic Structure Optimization	Higher Strength Matrix Materials

The bits adapt "CK" new type of compact resistance cutter. The improvement of cutter's surface which is composed of diamond and tungsten carbide materials made the residual stress of the diamond layer significantly decreased. The new diamond layer formula enhances the abrasion resistance and thermal stability of the cutters.	Combine CFD technology with PDCDS to imitate the flow field changes in the different bottomhole under various work conditions, to realize the optimal design of bit hydraulic structure and improve the efficiency of hydraulic energy in deep well.	The application of new materials and new alloy technology, make the performance of the new generation matrix materials meet the requirements of erosion resistance and improved the impact toughness greatly at the same time.
